Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities
Wage Payment: Employee rights consist of:- Pay for all salaries earned (INFO # 3) at the rate accepted by the employer and employee.
– Pay of at least base pay (INFO # 1), the suitable Colorado or regional minimum wage, and all made overtime earnings without impermissible reductions from their incomes;.

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations
Demands & Complaints for Wages: If an employer owes you incomes, somalibidders.com you can send your employer a written demand for payment of salaries by mail, e-mail, text, or other electronic means. A written need might be sent to the employer at the same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for unsettled salaries is filed with the Division. Employer Responses in Investigations: Once a complete Labor Standards Complaint Form is gotten and evaluated, a letter discussing the nature of the complaint and the quantities alleged to be owed is sent out to the company. Investigations Launched by the Division (” Direct Investigations”): The Division may carry out employer-wide direct investigations of potential offenses of Colorado wage and hour law. If you want to submit a tip, please email the Division at cdle_di_tips@state.co.us. If you would like to file an individual claim for unpaid earnings, you should submit a Labor Standards Complaint Form on our Demands, Complaints, Responses, and Settlements web page. To appeal a direct investigation citation or one or more Notices of Assessment, an alleged company might submit a Direct Investigation Appeal Form.
