Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations

Demands & Complaints for Wages: If an employer owes you incomes, you can send your employer a written demand for payment of incomes by mail, e-mail, text message, or other electronic methods. A written need may be sent out to the company at the exact same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for overdue wages is submitted with the Division. Employer Responses in Investigations: Once a total Labor Standards Complaint Form is received and examined, a letter discussing the nature of the problem and the quantities declared to be owed is sent out to the company.
